These terms are the agreement between you and us. They cover what LoftDeck™ does, what it doesn't do, who owns what, and what happens if things go wrong. By using LoftDeck™ you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
LoftDeck™ is operated by Rogue Marketing LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Rogue Marketing LLC. "You" means the person using the service. You can reach us at privacy@loftdeck.com.
LoftDeck™ is a tool that helps you run your own job hunt. It keeps your applications, contacts, tasks, and documents in one place. It helps you draft resumes, cover letters, and outreach messages.
Here is what it is not. LoftDeck™ does not find you a job. It does not apply on your behalf. It does not contact employers for you. It is not a recruiter, a staffing agency, a career coach, or an employment service. We don't promise interviews, offers, or any other outcome. The work is yours and so are the results.
Everything you put into LoftDeck™ belongs to you. Your resumes, your notes, your contacts, your job list. Everything the tools produce for you belongs to you too. Use it however you want.
You give us permission to store, copy, and display your content, and to send it to the services that make a feature work. That permission exists for one reason only, which is to run LoftDeck™ for you. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
We don't sell your content. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't share it for advertising. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who we work with.
This section matters more than the rest, so read it twice.
The AI tools produce drafts. Drafts are starting points, not finished work. AI can get facts wrong. It can invent a job title, a date, or a number that was never in your resume. It can misread a job description. It can write something that doesn't sound like you.
We don't guarantee that anything the AI writes is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. Once a message leaves your hands and reaches an employer, it's your message, in your name.
You also agree to follow the rules of the services you connect, such as Google or HubSpot.
LoftDeck™ is free during the beta. Nobody is charged today.
When paid plans open, here is how it works. We show you the price before you're charged. Plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep your plan until the period you already paid for runs out. We don't refund the current period unless the law requires it. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
Founding members. The first 20 members join free for life. That means we won't charge those accounts a subscription fee for LoftDeck™, for as long as the service runs and the account stays active. It doesn't cover future separate products, and it doesn't cover fees charged by other companies, such as your own AI provider. It ends if the account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms.
Some tools connect to an AI provider you choose. You pay that provider directly under their terms. Those costs are not ours and we don't control them.
You can leave whenever you want. Manage Account lets you pause for 30 days or delete everything right away. Deleting is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why. If we shut the service down entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can get your data out.
LoftDeck™ is provided as it is, with all faults. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. That includes lost jobs, lost offers, lost income, lost opportunities, and lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to cover us for claims that come from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, and we both agree to that.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Our not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it later.
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll give you notice in the app or by email. Using LoftDeck™ after a change means you accept the new terms.
